Fun Fact: the real reason Joshua never wanted to give wilder a 50 50 split was because if wilder and Joshua agree to 50 50, wilder actually makes more $ than Joshua would due to how they're contracts are setup. On the very surface level of the idea that wilder would make more than Aj if they agreed 50 50, think about this. Whatever the amount Joshua pays out to hearn as his promoter, wilder himself would get to pocket that money because wilder is his own self promoter

"Wilder loves easy, inactive fighters"
says the guy who's going to fight a midget outside to the top 10 in most rankings and wants it to be considered final eliminator. Unfortunately, WBC ain't run by Eddie Hearn though even Eddie didn't give a **** about Whyte until his cash cow Joshua lost to a smaller fat man.
Whyte...
- you ducked Breazeale when he offered you a fight even though he was already mando and did not have to.
- You ducked Ortiz who was listed as your eliminator because he wouldn't give in to all your demands.
- You refused the opportunity when Wilder told you if you won against Ortiz, he would give you a voluntary...and if you sign with Haymon for even a 2-3 fight deal, that fight will become easy.
- You ducked Pulev as your final eliminator
- And you ducked a voluntary fight with Joshua even though you both have the same promoter. You can't even hypothetically blame Sulaiman or Wilder or Haymon or Finkle for that, can you?Comment

The only way forward, I see which is fair to all sides, is if Whyte fights a WBC sanctioned mandatory which he has been avoiding all this time. It should start with the top-rated opponent and go down the order until you have the fight. I believe that would be:
- Whyte vs Fury (if Fury refuses)
- Whyte vs Joshua (if Joshua refuses)
- Whyte vs Ortiz
...
If you have issues negotiating, then take it to purse bid...no excuses this time. Wilder just fought his mandatory in May, so his next ain't due until summer of 2020. Give Whyte up till Dec. 19 to fight a mandatory and the winner gets a title shot by summer of 2020.
It is fair to everyone and the winner gets his title shot within 12 months time after fighting his final eliminator.Comment

From the man who has turned down numerous Final eliminators from various sanctioning bodies and a opportunity to become the Unified Heavyweight Champion of the World; Which is now held by Andy Ruiz, Jr; Look who's talking? I think this guy has taken one too many punches to the head. He's lost a lot of brain tissue which explains his erratic and irrational behavior. He's obviously brain damaged!Comment

Let's be honest though. Look at wilders resume. Regardless of the hate for whyte or questions about whyte he has a point. 42 fightsand only names worth bragging about are fury and ortiz, ortiz didnt even pass his pre fight medical he was so unprepared and fury had been out of the sport and a 30 stone drug and drink addict who was still far from his best and had only faced 2 guys outside the top 100 to start his return.
Then after wilder fought them and the likes of Joshua and whyte were knocking on his door, wilder instead chose to just go and rematch ortiz and fury. Ignoring undisputed.
So hate on whyte all you want but he is right about Wilder. It's all there in his resume.Comment

Now it's coming out that Wilder is a manufactured champion too. 'Big' win against a 39 year old Ortiz and a big loss/draw against a retired Tyson Fury. And he avoids the number 1 contender to his belt for 600 days. True championComment

Look at Joshua - Ruiz fight. Joshua takes about 80-20 split from the prize money since he's the champ and it is voluntary. Will Eddie offer Wilder an 80-20 split against Whyte as a voluntary? Tell me when that happens and Wilder refuses even if it is 75-25.
That's the reason Wilder advised Whyte to sign up with Haymon for a 2-3 fight deal because then it would be easy. Particularly, since Whyte ain't tied to Hearn and can do so. Given the history of what has happened during AJ fight negotiations, I doubt Wilder or his team will be enthusiastic about dealing with Hearn again. No wonder Skipper had to step in for unification fight negotiations during the Ruiz fight.Comment
