      Thank you.

If we all ignore these BS belts, fighters will take notice. Someone like Canelo doesn't need belts. He's the champ at 160. Canelo is just an example.

      Cheers.

Hmmm I think Canelo just got elected WBC mascot aka cubic zirconia champ..

They might as well drop the "B" in WBC... WC champ on the porcelain throne!

True, but unfortunately boxers have families to feed and belts increase their marketability and income. I remember when Max Kellerman was on fnf saying ignore the belts they mean nothing, yet here we are..

Golovkin won a vacant interim belt off of a guy who has never been heard of, before or since, and rode that bull**** to acclaim before getting into a real fight with Daniel Geale, more BS, and then his next real fight with Daniel Jacobs.

Jermall Charlo defends his interim title for the third time this week, he's headlining his first show on his own under the Lions Only Promotions banner in Houston, he's getting elevated to the full title by his next fight, and Showtime is starting to put the hard push on him like they've done with Deontay Wilder.

You add that he's going to be the only middleweight champion outside of Canelo getting the general attention, and time is on his side.

I usually don’t mind how the WBC operates but this is a joke on so many levels

Sauliman shows no shame when it’s comes to Canelo

Now a new Special designation for Canelo by the WBC so he can do as he pleases. Sh.it after Nelo dropped the WBC belt and told the WBC to lick his a.ss after he took a sh.it , ( Sauliman was probably hoping it was a actual offer) they still suck his D .ick

I mean I couldn’t think of a more deserving fighter to receive the Franchise Tag. I mean giving it to a fighter whos popped dirty and has needed the Judges help on a number of occasions is the type of fighter who deserves the franchise tag IMO and represents what this circus is truly all about ( Popularity & $) .

Things evolve, people evolve. Canelo has shown before he doesn't need a WBC recognition and dropped their trinket. My respect increased when he did that.

I think people like Davis, Loma, Crawford, Spence, Estrada, Fury, Usyk, for example, don't need any belt recognition. The whole division knows that's the pinnacle, and any boxer would fight them for the payday.

Boxers are wasting their money on ****** sanctioning fees, with orgs serving them tender cans. Something gotta give!

Man I have absolutely no idea how this makes any sense lol...I mean it seems like obviously a way for the WBC to placate Charlo and avoid mandating the Charlo Canelo fight...but they kind of just stripped Canelo? Like Charlo is the champ now? Idk this is so odd and another example of what is wrong with boxing sometimes, from what I can tell.

From outside looking in, it looks like Canelo will try for Andrade next...and GGG/Charlo will be the other preferred matchup...if we get those fights or variations of it I'm happy
