I mean was it worth paying like a 4M combined purse for Andrade/BJS? Right now DAZN isn't worried about spending big bucks so don't think they would mind paying a lot to get Lomachenko on their platform, even if it is for one fight.

The question is though, if it goes to purse bid and TR loses, will Arum allow Lomachenko to fight on DAZN?

He needed to use space for the Fury fight. So putting Ramirez and Loma in easy wins on DAZN allows him to use resources for the Fury fight and still get exposure. I am sure TR will find a way to share the broadcast.
Oh no, he badly wants Lomachenko to stay on ESPN. Right now Lomachenko/Fury/Crawford are his TOP guys and he needs them on the ESPN platform for all their fights. They will likely reach a deal soon, but will be very interesting to see what Arum does if DAZN wins the purse bid.

Btw, it was ESPN's call to sign Fury, not necessarily Arum's for the deal they got him for. And they increased their budget so Arum is still in solid shape.

Hearn should just let Bob have the fight

OK . I just don't see any harm in having Loma fight Campbell on DAZN given he will win easy since Campbell is worse than Crolla.

You also have to look at which fighters under the TR banner actually do good ratings and what it means to lose Lomachenko for both ESPN and TR. No guarantee Arum lets him fight on DAZN if they lose the purse bid.

                  Ok, fair point.

IMO yes he is. I know others think Campbell is better. Maybe the better way of saying it is he is "no worse" than Crolla as an opponent.

But what if Hearn drags this to purse bid and he wins it? Then what? I mean personally I think a deal is reached before Friday, but this really damage the working relationship between the two. Expect some classic Arum rants if this ends up going to purse bid and if Hearn/DAZN win it.
Nope. They are separate deals. Hearns paid 4.25m for ramirez according to rafael.
