There is no logic to this question. Ruiz has fast hands and decent skills but his claim to fame is a loss to Parker which in honesty is arguable and his win against A.J. Foreman shared the ring with some historically great fighters at a young age and as an older man he fought and beat some greats in that particular era. Foreman brutally beats Ruiz IMO

I like Foreman but posters are getting carried away , Ruiz is a very formidable opponent for anyone . Its not a easy fight I could see Ruiz winning a fight if they fought enough .

Ruiz poses more threat then a Frazier for other reasons ,I’d give Ruiz a win if they fought more then twice ,I’d give older Foreman a bigger advantage due to better pacing and durability .
