    "Weird group of people"

Literally has been happening like for the last century?

Fans cheer when their favorite's rival loses. That's just how it is.

Nothing weird about it. I'm not sure why you're pretending like you live under a rock.

As an AJ fan (I'd like to think I'm a mature one), I could care less about the usual fan boy bickering. I'm just disappointed about the big fights we lost due to the business side of things causing delays. Joshua-Wilder was the fight to be made and we didn't get it and I don't know that we ever will and even if we do its not the same.

Credit to Andy Ruiz and he is a damn good fighter and person but I would have preferred for Joshua to take his L in a super fight against Wilder or Fury.
Brilliant post. Nothing more to say really. Am sure all the top three boxers are devastated. They lost big money with this loss.

Most Wilder fans like him for the wrong reasons and/or because he’s not Joshua.

I never understood why so many folks were so invested into them. I’ve never thought either guy was any good and now both have been exposed. Wilder by Fury and Joshua by Ruiz.

Sad thing is all the bickering about another man’s money but it’s Wilder who didn’t have the courage to do what Ruiz did and will never see that type of money offered again after Fury beats him again.

Such a weird group of people.

This should have been AJ vs Wilder for everything, and now we'll never have that fight where we are all crapping our pants and wonder what will happen.

That's completely gone now which sucks imo.
I say this in all due respect but a lot Wilder fans feel vindicated. For several months Wilder tried to make the fight with AJ and Eddie Hearn stalled the negotiations.

In addition, Wilder fans had to endure insult after insult about how inferior Deontay Wilder was to AJ like: He's B-side, he can't box, he's not a box office draw, he can't sell tickets, he's a coward, a duck, he's a hillbilly, he's uneducated, he lost his pen, he's not worth 50 percent of the purse split etc.

Moreover, Many British fans have made thread after thread about Wilder daily by trashing him, putting him down and disrespecting him. So naturally, Wilder fans are happy that he took a tumble. A very huge tumble at that against a 20-1 underdog.

Now it makes it easier for Wilder to become the undisputed Heavyweight champion of the world with Andy Ruiz because now the PBC and Al Haymon currently hold all the title belts at heavyweight.

Wilder is still nr 2 in heavyweight division, nothing changed for him, now there is Mexican ahead of him, not a brit.

Only the Brits would blame Wilder for AJs loss. If Wilder lost like this they would be having a field day, hell even his draw with Fury had them talking trash. AJ simply didn't get it done. Now is the time to show respect and humble yourselves......damn.

Not sure he is #2. He’s behind Fury given that he’s a vastly inferior fighter with an inferior resume and lost to Fury. Fury and Ruiz are the top 2 currently.

This is what I'm talking about, you really can't be serious Wilder damn near killed Fury. But this is good Wilder is getting Mayweather level heat which translates to a lot more money for him. Wilder is King of heavyweights.

It happened with Pacquiaos fans , GGG fans then the hate found it's way to the AJ crowd .

The Wilder fans were pretty bad too . And I'm from the U.S so there is a touch of bias but calling guys ducks , coward , scared , Beyonce and crap like that ...
Josha losing doesn't change that Wilder ducked Joshua. I don;t know Wilder fans are thinking it does.

Vindicated because someone else did what Wilder didn't want to do.

                      Weird mentality.
