Diego Corrales got away of spitting his gum shield out a few times and never gets called out about it.

But it was a bullshlt stoppage. I was shocked when the ref stopped it like that.

I wouldnt say he got away with it? He was warned and they next time the ref took a point away. His trick did work like a charm but he didnt "get away with it"...

Luis Ortiz is a bigger risk than Andy Ruiz. Wilder would've been crucified for even taking that fight, let alone lose it. Joshua is overrated, end of story.

But, I think the stoppage was spot on. AJ's body language was that he could take all the time he wants. Ref made sure he was in control.
I'm happy the fight did not go on. he was severely concussed. Could have suffered some really bad damage had he continued and i think AJ would have continued. Even listening to his post fight interviews and presser he still wasnt right.

Due to either inexperience or arrogance I don't think he thought the referee would wave off the fight and would wait for the shield to be sorted.

It's a great result for boxing that the referee didn't allow any extra time and called it off.

20 seconds passed from the knockdown until the fight was waved off. AJ called another time out and turned around and walked to his corner.

He shouldn't have walked to the corner. The fighter who does the knockdown walks to the neutral corner, not the fighter who got knockdown. He was supposed to get up and respond to the refs instructions. Instead he got up and took a timeout

AJ was a MESS in round 7.

He had no idea of what he was doing.

If the ref had let it continue, he would've got hurt badly.
