That is why Big Baby was originally picked because his Antics would've helped sell this one and possibly helped make headlines during fight week. Been a very quiet fight week for sure because of no Big Baby Miller.

Andy Ruiz is a good guy, most won't find that entertaining

Well yeah he's Joshua's rival, he's just had a fight and announced another one. Would be hard to not talk about him.

Same thing happens with Joshua when Wilder fights. Not lately though. Wilder has lost a lot of his 'fans' when he ducked AJ and turned down 100 million.

I'm sure you're right that most Americans are 'meh' about this fight. But what fight have they actually given a **** about lately? Mayweather v McGregor?

Boxing isn't big in America. They don't even watch their champ against another US fighter.

But it's still building Joshua's profile in the small percentage that do care. Which is what it is planned to do.

          Estrada-Rungvisai and Hurd-Williams.

I'd say most American fans are far from nationalistic when it comes to boxing and will watch all competitive fights.

This card is basically showcasing UK talent to a cynical American DAZN audience. I don't think that's what the fans were expecting.

If Hearn is trying to attract American boxing fans, a card like this won't do it. For us hardcores, we know the non-American boxers already, so we'll watch it anyway.

Haney might be the future or not, but the rest of his American boxers are meh.
Undercards never really help sell fights to the casuals. Look at any event. Most of the undercards are a ton of empty seats.

People come in and tune in for the main event. If someone was fairly popular in America, they generally wouldn't be on an undercard anyways. Co-main at worst.

I kinda agree, but not when the 3 or 4-fight main card has a tight, well matched fighters. The only competitive fight here is the Katie Taylor.
