Why do people hate on Tyson Fury when he is the only top Heavyweight to step up?

The fact of the matter is Rexy, these "tbrb" and RING rankings are subjective and politicized, they are all the same these days. I'd heard of Tom Schwarz before this fight, only time I saw him fight was when he put on a dominant performance against another unbeaten German in Dennis Lewandowski. But on the face of it he is an unbeaten, European-level opponent who will likely take Fury some rounds and give him the opportunity to fight a fellow giant with decent fundamentals and good movement. I personally have no problem with this opponent, and I am expecting a more interesting fight than people will have you believe.

He was getting beaten by Gashi who just had a terrible fight with Chisora. The only exciting part was after the KO when they actually started throwing punches.

And tbrb is probably the least biased rankings you could use man.

He ''won'' a fight that bored everyone to death vs Wlad, only to self destruct immediately after.
He survived his fight with DW and quickly ran to the safe arms of some guy names Schwarz

Because he is a clown, who does nothing for the 'glitz' of the heavyweight division, even though he is extremely gifted, the best boxer in the division. He could be so so much more of an icon. I guess he has no obligation to be an icon, or be anything that he isn't, but it's his antics that bring him disrespect.

He was the away fighter because:

1. He was Klitschko's mandatory
2. He was on the comeback from being obese and drugged up.

Now he's got his big TV deal and he's fighting... Tom Schwartz.
