I'm sure safety first Roy didn't want to fight Benn after the G-man thing but I see no reason he wouldnt take the Banks fight if the money, time and place was right .

I'm sure the Benn fight was a real attractive option at that point considering like 6 months later he lost a decision to Thulani Malinga.

Benn was done after the McClellen fight.
