He was being accused as a professional boxer jumping weight classes to beat the bigger boxers not as a homeless boy using meth, homeless boys on drugs cannot sue anybody for defamation, they just don’t have any reputation to protect and nobody would pay attention. That’s why it doesn’t count, now if he used drugs as a professional boxer and they could prove it, it will make a difference but that’s not the case.
