im guessing it sold 5 actual tickets and they gave away the rest too right?!?! lol

keep acting/talking like wilder is going away and nobody cares about him.....every time out hes raising his profile

I had like 3 guys at work, who aren't even boxing fans, come up to me Monday and ask me if I watched the fight...."I saw some guys post the knockout on facebook" they all told me....wilder is trending....no matter what his ratings did Saturday

hes such a nobody that everyones favorite app supposedly offered him 100 mil for a few fights....but nobody care doe! ive never seen a bigger bunch of clowns

That's not a good look. At this point if they don't start putting on more shows they will go in the direction of HBO.

However, their dilemmas appear to be different from HBO's. With HBO it was their quality of shows that drove down their ratings and now with Showtime; It seems like it's the lack of shows that are driving down theirs.

They are spending more than $60 mil on boxing cards per year. They need to start picking up their pace because they are losing a lot of subs due to their lack of production.

honestly, those numbers aren't good for all involved.

the numbers are not good for boxing in general either.

this only shows that the boxing community need to figure out a way to attract viewers outside of cable, whether that's youtube, espn+ or dazn. i don't like espinoza, but this isn't even about allegiances or hating anyone. free tv for the WBC heavyweight title can't even cross 1 mill views max?

        that's bad for boxing.

nobody know wilder or care doe

but DAZN offered him 100 mil n he turned it down also doe!

most networks are in the business of offering guys 100 mil deals when nobody know them or care about them! LOL

Gary Russell drew just 505K viewers. Oddly enough more people turned in AFTER his fight and BEFORE Wilder fight.

The almost 30Mins that Showtime stalled time before the Wilder fight drew 549K viewers. More people tuned in for that filler time then Russell's fight.

That costed Showtime from $12 to $13 for a viewer just for Wilder, lol.

Well its not like Boxing is gonna compete with Basketball and win. Lets be honest. Esp when it features the most popular team in the world right now. Not sure why they didnt push the fight back to midnight. That was pretty flawed on Showtime's part. It is also the fact that the fight ended very fast. It didnt get any time to pick up views. All these things worked against it.
