because they are on the same TV network. one of the reasons NFL games get such high ratings is the fact that they are on the major TV networks. literally anybody can watch them.

these are some of the lowest ratings in that time slot that you'll see all year on a major TV network.

UFC is DESTROYING Top Rank over on ESPN

Sorry but UFC is the more popular combat sport now here in the U.S. and I enjoy their cards and main events more than most Boxing Cards as of late which is SAD to admit as a long time hardcore boxing fans

Boxing is Losing fans, not gaining them and that is a problem for EVERYBODY PBC, Top Rank, DAZN all of them
        Good post. Completely agree.

Cuz the nfl has been here more than 70 years plus its a seasonal sport.

nfl time slots get 10X as many viewers.

ratings for boxing are down universally. a major part of that is the exodus of floyd mayweather and the decline of pacquiao. canelo doesn't speak english and just hasn't crossed over into a real star.
I see at least one other post has mentioned this...but that's terribly flawed thinking

a Saturday night time slot is a lot different than a sunday at 1 and 4 pm.....and of course the NFL is widly more popular here

most people are around on sunday...at home.....Saturday nights are a different animal...people are out....drinking...movies...dinner other stuff....sundays are a different animal altogether...
