The Mexican legends are super jealous of Canelo, they never in their wildest dreams were this wealthy, this marketable, and this good. He has surprised many of them in the ring, and the heads will keep rolling as he racks up more belts and titles defenses, he is also making close to half a billion dollars in network contacts and endorsement deals.

In my view, Juan Manuel Marquez is the greatest Mexican fighter of the last 25/30 years. Absolutely a superb fighter and his younger brother is also right up there, Alvarez has a mountain to climb before becoming anything near what Marquez means to the Mexicans again, in my view and I also believe alvarez has now 4 losses on his card.
FMJ, triple G and of course, Danny Jacobs.

LOL!!!!!Are you serious. Chavez was still at a high level 30 years ago. Ever heard of Finito Lopez. ? Barrera and Morales were fighting high level competition. Marquez was a counter puncher. He was avoided, but common dude. LOL!!!! You have to be kidding me. !
