Why not Joshua 2019? Did they say?

Ive heard all the interviews, read all the press and listened. But have Finkel or Wilder released any statement as to why they would not focus on Joshua until 2037? Whats wrong with after the Breazeale and Garcia fights?

Im not looking to start a hes a ducker shes a ducker thread. I know who is going to push either side. Im just wondering if they have actually said why not Joshua in 2019? Its clearly the fight Joshua and Hearn are pushing for and it is certainly the fight Finkel and Wilder have been talking about for the last year.

If they are doing it they are doing it but what purpose have they given for turning their backs on Undusputed in 2019?

the longer Wilder waits the less chance he has of Winning . He's approaching that age of decline as AJ enters his prime . Its now or never

I’ll tell you right now it’s contracts. Boxing is so much more brand oriented than ever and it’s no possibile way to know till someone loses.. that’s why I was always fascinated at why Hearn turned down 50 mil?

I still think there's a bit of an incentive for team Wilder to drag it out.

Joshua (in theory) could make a good fight with this voluntary. But then he's in mandatory territory afterwards.

The WBO will be first up and will be a big fight. No worries there.

After that he's fighting nomarks. There's no big money coming for those fights.

So maybe Wilder sees that as the time to bargain. Joshua can fight the crap fights or give some ground and get the massive fight. At the same time Wilder will have another few years of voluntary defences.

They didn't turn down any $50 mill son.
Wilder ran his mouth about 50 and Hearn said ok send a contract so we can see the terms and.............crickets.
Deontay Wilder has not kept AJ's name out of his mouth since in attempts to boost his profile but if you want a ticket for this guy's non-ppv title fight in less thann2 weeks there are tens of thousands available.
Stop saying 50M- we all know it wasnt real and we all know the guy is a coward. That is the reason they are ducking - guys a joke.

Dude, get off the 50 m
You're a Finkel shill if you think anyone will sign a fight without terms and conditions lol.
There are a handful of paid shills working the internet trying to maintain some respectability to Deyonce's shattered reputation - it's a lost cause, the world knows he's a phoney with a loss to Fury.

You talk about contracts and then the 50 mil that came with no contract. Regardless 50 mil isn’t a game changer for aj. He’s made that back since I’d be more fascinated to know why wilder turned down 120 mil as based on his career and purses so far he wouldn’t be making that back in two fights like it would take aj with the 50.

                  They will never fight Joshua

They used his name to build themselves with fake news saying joshua is ducking by sending out fake offers and then stalling

When Joshua and Hearn cornered them, they had no choice but to admit they don’t want to fight. They still
Lie by saying 2020, it will be never as they know wilder loses

If that was the case do you think Team Wilder have failed? There has been all this talk about his profile rising for what ever reasons, you say AJ's back, some say the Ortiz and Fury fights. But look whats next, Breazeale and not on PPV and the tickets aint selling. Or could you say this duck of AJ has actually been a needle to the ballooning fame to Wilder?

If we did look at it that way we would have to say Wilder has shot himself in the bollocks with this one, hes jumped onto the back of Joshua and stood up and made alot of noise and gained alot of attention and been invited to Basket ball talk shows and got people Googling his name alot. And all just in time to see him turn down 100 god damn million dollars to face the guy he claimed was scared to face him and it to be held in America.

Bad timing if you are looking to build your profile?
