The problem is when the guy agrees to it, it's in the contract, promoting the fight saying he's doing it tells the belt orgs he's doing it and then blows it off while the other fighter complied and shows up following the second day weight requirement. It's the sneaky way Jacobs has done it twice that is a dirtbag move to gain a advantage on 2 fighters who showed up following the 2nd day weight requirement.
