Tell me, what is your take on the presence of the weight provision being in the contract. It's not normal for fights between two guys who fight in the same division.
If you sign your name and YOU say I will do this & that..... Do that!! Idc what you weigh etc if you say and sign to do what you said you would.... Just my OWN personal feelings here.

Not true Lara said himself, that he wasn’t affected by that stipulation, that he didn’t really care because he got to keep his title weather he lose or not.

Jacobs came in overweight deliberately. 3.6 pounds makes a huge difference for a guy who is struggling to make weight, it could be the difference betweeen winning and losing.
Btw how many times have we seen overweight fighters get the extra strength to win a fight? Orlando Salido vs Lomachenko comes to mind.

Why would he be affected? The catchweight was in place to make Canelo more comfortable, not to affect Lara. The lower they go, the more it affects Canelo, that's why Floyd insisted on a 152 pounds catchweight.

A quote stating facts that you can't debate. Stop Fking crying about it. Canelo was a cheater and Jacob's played him for a sucker today. Serves him right for trying to implement a self imposed rehydration clause.
