$150,000 for a bs opponent training camp seems high. Thats like 20k-25k a week. Wtf is all that money going for?

Most mfers don't get that much to fight let alone train lol. Granted Marcos ain't most mfers.

I sometimes think that way with what I do...Its a good way to get that "feeling" where your balls feel like they are going to run into your stomach, followed by cold sweats and a desire to run back in the womb.

Things add up quiiiiiiiiiiick. Catering/food lodgings, gas, training aids, salaries, taxes, equipment... make your head spin!

When you go through Baltimore real estate you find all this distressed real estate... I can tell you exactly what you would see: 'you walk in and the kitchen has new cabinets, counters, fixtures....and the rest of the place? the walls are crumbling, the electric boxes are open...lol.

So heres what happened: Dude worked up a budget with a contractor for 150k (lets say) and the kitchen was supposed to cost 20k. Well delays, new problems, etc...the kitchen wipes the guy out, thats it, done. No more money. the loan company now knows this guy is not professional, and here the place sits... Same principle.
