According to reports maidana lost 44lbs since his come back camp began... that should have been sufficient evidence for pbc to know he is very serious about his return and payed him the advances he requested, after all pbc would have deducted these advances back from his fight purse.

I think retirement is his best decision after being off for so long and also the fact he was not young and fresh when he retired.TBH I cant see him doing ANYTHING anymore his time has past and he had a good career and sounds like he still has money(happy to hear)so its a good time to walk away and enjoy the rest of his life.
