So many crows to eat in here. Mad props to Ruiz. He deserved the big reward

Phew, a mega huge payday and a high profile win just got blown away. Someone's got to be envious that somebody else took it away.

I watch his fight against Joe Hank and I just thought that guy looked exactly like Joshua and Ruiz stopped him in 4 rounds too.

“Business man Wilder” can let it marinate for another 3 years now. Yeah that’s 100m down the drain lol.
No one is definitely gonna take that 100m again. That's what they get for having pride over money. smh

Come to eat some crow . AJ didn't may full use of his reach and Ruiz flurried him to death. Hopefully the rematch will see improvements from both. Ruiz cannot make the mistake of getting complacent, the fact that he weighed 268 is not a good look and it'll get him in trouble if AJ fights smarter and loses some mass of his own.

I'm kind of glad that the division has opened up a bit. Maybe the AJ/Wilder hype and fanboyism can take a break.

People who are saying Hunter was better need to consider that he was put on ***** street multiple times by Usyk. Is he a good fighter? Absolutely...but I think there is a strong chance Joshua just completely overpowers him and stops him in 1 or 2 rounds.

Ruiz has shown good skill, technique, hand speed and a reliable chin/engine. I think this fight is competitive early, Joshua for a tall fighter has an inconsistent jab and he pushes the straight right a bit, he's much better technically at mid-close range, I think Ruiz will bother him there as he has faster hands and he's strong enough to stay in the pocket a little. I do think Joshua's feet prob win him the fight but I like this fight, it's not as easy as people think, and to be honest no one is going to be happy unless it's Fury or Wilder but this is a legit top 10 heavyweight in my opinion
Good prediction you made a lot of people in here look like fools.

We all get things wrong, for example I didn't rate Errol Spence all that high when he was a prospect, I had an instinct that he had a poor chin, but he's proved me wrong.

Fair play for owning it though and yes I'm happy to see the back of those threads too. This doesn't apply to you, but my bump was more to show how difficult it is to have an actual conversation about boxing anymore on here. Everyone is always playing devils advocate.

Thanks boys, was not my intention to make anyone look foolish. Life is about opinions.

One thing no one seems to be acknowledging is what a great fight it was

                Idksab!

Great call, I'll eat my crow. Never seen this coming especially in that fashion. I'm genuinely still shocked.

What made it even more impressive was he was also fighting the referee! Disgusting officiating and its about time these refs started picking up on AJ grabbing behind the head and pulling guys onto the uppercut then again they're paid off Ruiz had to practically K.O him multiple times before being awarded the win.

                Great call, green K
