Danny Garcia was the headline fighter for a fight that was aired in primetime on FOX in the US, featured on ITV in the UK, and sold most of the tickets at Dignity Health (from the looks/sound of it, there were maybe 6000+ in the 8500-seat venue), and you honestly believe that Danny Garcia only got $1m for the fight? lol

I do not honestly believe anything. Danny Garcia earned $1m for his purse. That's not up for debate. If you want to speculate he earned more - without sources - you're talking ish.

Terrence and Khan objectively earned $5.5m and $5m PLUS PPV. That's not up for debate.

Even the best promoter will have trouble hyping Crawford vs the no names Arum has left in his WW stable. Haymon has them all. Haymon holding all the cards will do Crawford fight if and when best for them Arum at there mercy

Thurman? Washed up and will get dominated by Pac....career over after that.

Garcia? Just beat some bum and will get crushed by Porter (again), Pac or Spence......either way, career enters gatekeeper status after any of those.

Since when, when marketing, are things equal? First off, until Crawford fights SOMEBODY IN THE TOP 5 OR 10, hell no! Look Loma has not much more, but more credible fights than Crawford, period. Errol Spence Jr gets a piece of everything for the fights where he's the feature fighter; US TV, live event, UK TV, etc. (For sure for the last 5 fights, but arguably for the last 7)

I don't know what Errol Spence gets, but it's been clear, for years at this point that, that the fighter selling the show on a Haymon card earns more than the stated purse.
