Who are the people that "hate" on Loma? The real problem is the group of posters that take criticism of Loma very personally and act as if Loma is too good to be criticized. That is ridiculous.

Loma has the same type of things thrown at him that Floyd and Ward did by you, GhostofDempsey and other posters banned for racism that hated when black American boxers were the top p4p in the sport.

You guys all created these crazy theories to denigrate Floyd and Ward that had nothing to with boxing and everything to do with race. You use skewed facts to denigrate their wins. You wouldn't give them credit when he beat guys you called on them to fight.

The posters you guys attacked began taking all of those theories you guys created and apply them to GGG and now Loma. Once that started to happen, suddenly you and others like chrisJS suddenly see how unfair and racist those theories and lies were. How you can bring yourself to complain about it now is pathetic. Why didn't you recognize how racist they were when they were used against Floyd and Ward?

NSB has become a negative circlejerk of pathetic simpletons and uneducated trolls, very few decent posters are left. The forum is heavily in favor to American fighters and very hateful towards eastern european/asian/russian fighters.

There is so many bigots here who are not real boxing fans, they applaud corruption and enjoy it when the best fights arent happening (as long it suits their agenda, "benefits" their fighter etc), they put out a ton of lies and misinformation to fool the lesser educated folks here.

I think maybe it's where they are from and how good they clearly are even if they haters try to say they are not good. They know better. They want to see them clearly defeated and it never happens. Personally they are two of my favorites and I consider them both undefeated by my score card. I had GGG clearly beating Jacobs and edging out Canelo twice and I had Loma edging out Salido in a close fight. But even if you think Salido beat Loma and Canelo beat GGG they are still excellent fighters who have done nothing wrong that I can see and have done nothing to deserve all the hate and insults they get on here. Thread after thread started by the same guys telling what complete trash they are. It's annoying.

Usyk doesn't get anywhere near the amount of comments as GGG or Loma because the people that adopted GGG and Loma for non boxing reasons had no idea who Usyk is because he fought mostly at cruiserweight.

Absolutely nothing. Losing a close decision to a veteran champion who came in way overweight and was allowed to fight dirty as hell in his 2nd pro fight is how Loma will be remembered. Winning world titles in three weight classes and beating many champions in his first 14 fights means nothing. You are a good example of what this thread is about. Nay Sayer is a perfect user name.

I never saw things like "great black hype", or accusing the media of brainwashing to like those fighters you mentioned. On a daily basis here you'll see people saying Lomachenko is a terrible boxer who's pushed by a media (that's apparently 100% white) or hyped solely for skin purposes.

People didn't like Floyd more to do with his personality. He embraced the heel role. He said racist things every now and again, beat up women, showed no remorse and people didn't like a lot of his antics. Was there some racism? I'm sure from some corners but there's a problem if you don't see how someone can decide to not like the man. A lot of people dislike Fury for the same antics (sans beating up women). Same for McGregor who's probably been the person I openly detest most in all combat sports.

You are overly sensitive when it comes to him and maybe that's for race reasons the same way you can't bring yourself to talk about Loma without trying to guilt his fans about why they like him. Maybe you are not racist and maybe the Floyd defending has worn you out over time?

Re: OP - I personally never really was a GGG fan. I thought he was very good and one to keep an eye on but felt the hate was over the top and given that he wasn't ****y, beating up women, being outspoken etc; I was surprised by the vitriol. I think a lot was unwarranted hype but I also do think a lot was race and we've seen that with the Loma stuff now. There's a LOT of people that say "I hate GGG because he's unskilled, just a puncher, not slick I'd be fine if a Euro was all those things" then Loma starts putting in virtuoso performances beating guys they said he couldn't/wouldn't and many of the same folks lump them together and hate both. There's also people I feel that love both fighters for race reasons and not just their personalities. The thing is you can never bring yourself to admitting that some folks hate them both for race reasons because you are one of those guys that's either taken the Floyd stuff personally or just have a problem like others have.

I can't speak for anyone else but I am a fan of GGG and Loma because I think they are great boxers, clean fighters and good people and no other reasons.
