Why are the same people who hated on golovkin now hating on lomachenko?

Usyk doesn't get anywhere near the amount of comments as GGG or Loma because the people that adopted GGG and Loma for non boxing reasons had no idea who Usyk is because he fought mostly at cruiserweight.

Yeah, out of that whole "Ukrainian Invasion" team Usyk doesn't get much hate. Could just be because of how damned lovable he is, or as you mentioned...Cruiserweight.

Nobody talks about Gvozdyk at all.

Floyd got the most criticism but GGG and Loma get more than Ward did. Ward's style isn't very easy on the eye and even his own fans will admit that. I don't think his competence was questioned. I'll be honest I think racism was likely attached but I didn't see it. I really kept my talking of those two fighters to a minimum. I was once a Floyd fan but lost interest in his career around 2004. I never saw his competence questioned or people suggesting his skin color is the reason he's getting respect. I've seen that with Loma and Golovkin and I saw it with Calzaghe. Probably because I am in more of their threads. I've spent a lot more time discussing Crawford, Toney and others and have called it out when I've seen racism as I have done with Spence who's style I enjoy and who's personality is likable.

There may be more GGG and Loma threads than Ward but there are far more Ward threads than Calzaghe. Well if you didn't see it ok. I take you at your word but you have to know it is hard to imagine a poster that has been a member of the forum as long as you and I have could see the nasty racism and bigotry directed toward Loma, GGG and Calzaghe but not Floyd and Ward.

The bottom line for me is the crazy racist theories, the abject racism, the skewed facts and the lack of credit didn't start with GGG or Loma. It started long before they became big names and it was started by the fans that support them the most. This can not be denied.

If you are calling people out on it, so be it. It just never seems to occur in the most popular threads. Usually in those threads you are criticizing black and Latino posters for going at eastern European fighters in the worst ways.

It would be nice if just once when you did that if you acknowledged where this garbage began and the real reason why its now directed at Loma and previously GGG.

I think its that they fight at cruiser, that they are mostly in europe, and they fight each other more than they do Americans.

Once Usyk starts fighting Americans or non white europeans, I think sadly we will see garbage crap that plagues this site following him.

Name a fighter with a better resume from 126-135. Loma fought the best at 126, fought the #1 rated 135lber. Fought the champions of the divisions. While also being ducked by other champions at 130.

but im sure it works both ways too. However, its very clear how this place erupts when ggg lost to canelo, kovalev to ward etc, its just how this place is, it does have an anti east euro at least bias, i mean lil g, lomo and all that all the time, just how it is unfortunately. But it makes for good fun at times too and if u take it too seriously boxing can become tiresome. There is always going to be slagging off of fighters, some get it worse than others.

The Joyce/Usyk fight really opened my eyes too, he danced around Joyce and made him look like a complete ham and egger.I've never been high on Joyce, but he's still an Olympian who outweigh's Usyk kby a good 40lbs
