Let's not forget, $500k against Wilder. Yeah. Pretty sure a couple million was what he was getting offered, even if it wasn't $6~ish like Miller.
You're pretty sure? Tell you what, get back to me when you're sure. We dont just take Hearns side anymore like you guys do, lmao. We want to hear from Ortiz and his people. This is almost as bad as how Pac and Arum treated Marquez during the 2nd fight negotiations lol...

    • Boxing doesn't need Joshua. Look at boxing. It's doing fine without Joshua lmao. Now all we have to do is get rid of Haymon and boxing will be back to square 1...

And hes 39 years old..will never get a shot at a big payday again.

simple...beat AJ and you hold all the marbles in the rematch. It's an investment in yourself..

Very clear AJ is THAT DOG.

So how much do you think Ortiz should get vs AJ? Keep in mind his last fight he earned peanuts on the undercard of the Castano/Lara fight.

Ortiz is not applying for a position at Widget Industries, his salary history is not relevant. Ortiz in this case is a commodity and his value is what the market will bear. Ortiz is the overwhelming fan’s choice in every poll I’ve seen and should be paid accordingly. I honestly do not see this as a difficult concept unless you are a fan of a particular promoter. Hearn wants Hunter because it maximizes his profit. Probably, although I personally would disagree, Hearn sees Ortiz as the greater threat to upset Joshua.

We don't know what the offer is/was. If it's 6.5 mil or thereabouts then my guess is Ortiz can't take it for another reason other than it's a "lowball" offer.

I don’t see what’s so hard to understand about it? It’s only bias against Hearn/AJ
Doesn't matter what he made before in career it's the principle of saying the Miller money will be on the table for the replacement then not offering it to a superior fighter. Once the offer is revealed we will know who the duck is and nice of you to make excuses already for Hearn if he hasn't offered at least the Miller purse. If it is less then they are taking the pis5 after Hearns promise

Legally binding means broner signed the contact to agree to a non disclosure. I highly doubt he would sign a NDA. You just can't send somebody a NDA, they have to agree to it.

This dude just fought for 500K last year and that was his career high. A week after the report that his team won't allow him to take the fight he says they not serious lowballed me without countering or without telling the public the amount. But those numbers will come out trust that. They always get leaked. For a fighter as old as Ortiz his team are phuking him over. This ain't wilder where you can at least make the case well maybe if he just waits it out he will get a better offer down the line. There is no down the line for Ortiz he's 40 years old he's not a ticket seller and never has been and this is the age he says. There are reports that like many cubans his age is fake as phuk. You got fighters saying they fought him in amateurs and saw his real DOB and this fool is really like 45 or pushing 50 lol
                      okay thanks...
