There are too many gayweather fans who keep making excuses for gayweather not to fight...even gayweather doesn't say anything like these nuthuggers...even mosley after knocking out vargas stated gayweather should fight margarito then they will fight next year..other fighters are calling out to gayweather to fight margarito...except these nuthuggers who don't like the sport of boxing and are waiting for a gayweather check to come in the mail...i hope mosley decides to fight margarito and skip gayweather..he is truly undeserving

Margarito did not look great in this fight but you have to consider that he was moving up in weight to 154 while he still made 147 very easily, that he was outweighed by like 20 pounds fight night, that he was in Santos's hometown, that he was coming on strong and stamina is one of his best attributes, and that he still won the fight according to manu observers despite these things going against him.

He did not get his ass handed to him and he had a lot of **** going against him.

His high output, good power, solid chin, and incredible stamina make him dangerous for mayweather to fight and the best available opponent at the time. that does not mean floyd can not beat him or even take him school, or that floyd is not the best boxer int he world. It is just that the fighter's attributes make this possible fight very interesting.

Margarito was far from having his ass handed to him in that fight. It could've gone either way at the time of the premature stoppage, and certainly Margarito seemed on the verge of winning the UD with his superior stamina.

Yeah, but I still think Santos edged it.
It was close, with both fighers looking like **** in differnt rounds.
It was a weird fight.

When i first watched this fight when it origenally aired i thought Margarito looked like ****, too wild for the 154 pound weight class. Having seeing the fight again for the first time in years, I thought he looked tons better then what i recall. And maybe that has to do with that he is just better then the fighters that are at welterweight, thiers a reason why no one is valuentarly giving Margarito a title shot.

ferocity , theres no use arguing with this num nut. he ll cover the same **** over and over thus leading to nowhere except in his own mind. u have to much boxing knowledge to even consider a boxing debate with this brainless child.

Skill wise he is under-rated. If a fighter can get it done with a varity of punchs he choses from his arsendal then i call that skills. Its now easy to learn to throw a varity of punchs in a fight, espcially in a copetitive fight.

I think Margarito is either better then the welterweights of today or the compition at welteweight is lacking.

To be honest the fighter i was fearing for awhile since i keep hearing about him was julio, everybody was saying how good he is but he got exposed as an unexperianced fighter.

I don't see anybody who can beat him, besides maybe Mayweather who is making the Margarito Legend grow by ducking him along with Winky.

I read in one of his interviews that the reason he fights the way he does -aggresive- is for the fans - to give them excitment. He said he can box but thats not what the fans pay to see. I've seen him use his boxing skills, not the best boxing skills around but he can get it done.
