I'm complaining about people's outrage that they turned Hearn down!

"HOW DARE THEY SHOW LOYALTY TO AL HAYMON!"

"DON'T THEY KNOW WHO ANTHONY JOSHUA IS???"

    Pompous, Arrogant, MFers!

Hearn has to send his fighters to other platforms, because that's the position he's in right now! Did Haymon negotiate for Jacobs to fight GGG on HBO? Yes! Did Haymon let Felix Diaz and John Molina go fight Terence Crawford on HBO? Yes! Did Haymon block Jacobs, Miller, Farmer, and Hunter from signing with MatchRoom? No! Now he's supposed to save his competitor, by saving a DAZN show on June 1st? Read Hearn's words in that article! That's how the game works! Get used to it! This is nothing new! If Haymon is such a problem, then go call Bob Arum! He has some good HWs too!

That's the difference between our points of view.

You see it as saving or bailing out Hearn/DAZN, whereas I see it as

        a) the type of opportunity that includes everything a fighter supposedly works for; money, belts, the whole nine

        b) an opportunity to own the division

I also think that the sport as a whole has an opportunity to make a splash in the mainstream here. The World Heavyweight Championship at Madison Square Garden is a big deal, or at least it ought to be. I simply can't understand boxing fans who are happy to throw all that away in the name of Al Haymon.

No. Eddie Hearn is the most avoided promoter. Nobody seems to like him or the way he structures contracts.

You don't understand the game! Let me let Eddie Hearn tell you AGAIN:

"But of course, everybody's strategy is the same: Deliver the biggest names and the biggest fights to your platform, your broadcaster. It's not just that one's nasty or vindictive, that's just the name of the game. If I've got Oleksandr Usyk or Anthony Joshua and I'm putting him on ESPN, well, what's the point in DAZN being with us and giving us a budget if we can't deliver our big names to their platform?"

"It's not that anyone's really trying to scuff up the sport or be difficult, it's just their jobs," Hearn went on to say. "Haymon's got to deliver for Showtime and Fox, I've got to deliver for DAZN, Bob's got to deliver for ESPN.

"So they won't move their talent, nor will we."

Don't feel bad! Hunter is ranked #12 by the WBA, and ranked #10 by the IBF. Filip Hrgovic is ranked #8 by the WBA, and #12 by the IBF. Then there's Manuel Charr, who is the WBA "Regular" Champion!

            April 17, 2019:

Manuel Charr: I'm The Most Worthy Opponent For Anthony Joshua!

WBA "regular" champion Manuel Charr (31-4, 17 KOs) is one of the frontrunners to replace Miller on the date.

“Internal negotiations are taking place regarding the fight in June Mahmoud Charr against Anthony Joshua,” Charr stated.

“I am very happy about this task and the challenge. I’m ready to go to fight against Joshua and bring home the victory."

As the No.1 WBA and reigning world champion, I’m the most worthy opponent for Anthony Joshua. I am the suitable and official challenger. For Joshua’s honour, it’s important to fight against the No.1 WBA rankings in the world.”

Hearn and Joshua have options! Some even better than Ortiz and Kownacki! Stop hatin' on Al Haymon, and tell Eddie Hearn to do his job!

If you want Luis Ortiz, all they have to do is call Al Haymon, and make a deal, right after Joshua fights whoever on June 1st! it shouldn't have to be "take the late replacement, or nothing!"

no one is crying here because the show will still go on.
Am only trying to cut your blushes cos you seems very excited about the whole situation. I can read your intentions from your comments. Bear in mind that this card will definitely hold with or without pbc fighters.
They just exposed how cowardly they are and no can take them serious when they come to cry about a title shot.
They are all toothless dogs especially Ortiz.

Watch him make noise after an opponent must have been announced next week.

Didn't Ortiz himself release a statement saying he would be ready if Miller didn't pan out and that money wasn't a major concern?
Now push comes to shove and we need more time and 10 million dollars.

Should've seen it coming I suppose.
