        Right, it is increasingly evident that he doesn't strictly advise his fighters in their own best interests but also uses his position to serve the interests of his de facto promotional company, PBC, which is a contravention of the Ali Act as I understand it. There is supposed to be a separation of powers between managers/advisors, promoters and sanctioning bodies, in order to keep fighters from being exploited, e.g. by being advised to turn down career-high purses. Haymon has been doing this since the inception of PBC but it's becoming really harmful now that he can no longer offer more money than his competitors

          ... well, man: this guy actually found a "crack/niche" within the legislation... that's what businessmen do...
