This decision has a long term impact on how Hearn AJ and DAZN are portrayed. They need to show they don't panic under pressure and come up with a spectacular replacement.
its actually the opposite. there will be tons of fighters wanting this payday that will surely be the highest of their career. hearn will use this competition to lower the purse not raise it. you think every heavyweight is giong to say "if i wait it out hearn will raise the price" no, they will say "i'll fight for less so hearn chooses me" please don't ever go into business.

Choose Michael "The Bounty" Hunter! He's already in training, coming off a stoppage of Ustinov, only loss is to Usyk @ CW, he's signed to MatchRoom, and he's American! He should be acceptable!

By the way, how many promoters did you speak to? That's how it works Eddie!

One name is a no-go: Manuel Charr...He is just a mediocre heavyweight who was knocked out by cruiser Briedis. If DAZN USA wants to promote their streaming channel with a huge MSG event featuring AJ this is definitely the worst fight. The media would rightly grill this promotion.

And not one of the 16 was Wilder, Fury, Ortiz or even anyone of note.
P.S. - Eddie thanx for effing this up for us

Ortiz has been offered the fight and he turned it down.
