Depends on the adverse finding amounts. Only Hearn knows this. Miller is on rotation for Matchroom fights just like any other boxer having had a PED violation yet still fighting. The dark side of industry knows that the pre advanced drug testing days were easier and many stars from previous years didn’t go through what’s going on today, so industry and promoters provide a level of empathy for today’s new gen. If Ortiz is real name for Joshua, which I doubt because I don’t think Haymon wants to give DAZN such business, but it this fight does happen, it just means a more meaningful fight at MSG which was all planned.

There’s just too much stuff behind the scenes.

That’s life changing money .... 6 million will go far anywhere

Hopefully the fight gets made and Ortiz can live his best life

You didn't need to say that twice to prove how dumb you are .. once was enough.

Hearn didn't have "options" on Parker or any of AJ's other opponents, apart from the standard rematch clause for a voluntary defence.

Nobody is "tied" to Hearn and Matchroom. That has never been the way Eddie operates.

Also why wasn't Ortiz the first name Joshua gave Hearn before the Miller fight was signed? They'd rather fight a 40 year-old man on short notice.
"A 40 year-old man on short notice" is now Team Hearn mode of slick operation.... at least let the guy have a full eight week camp! What a honorable call out...

                    DAZN are not Eddie Hearn.

Eddie doesn't even have Miller on a long term promotional contract, Dimitri Salita does. Miller was working with Eddie on a fight by fight basis, because he wanted to.

A short camp for such an old fighter could be fatal but he's still clearly the best option, and if he puts in a good performance he could earn himself a rematch anyway
