When Loma did the same media is overhyping the Performance

Loma is very good, but Criolla Is a C level fighter

What does Canelo going up in weight and fighting a “paper champ” cherry have to do with Loma fighting his mandatory?

      The crowd was
lit 10k tickets sold in LA to see Loma box, thats dope.

It was a surprisingly good crowd. There were a lot of Crolla fans that came from the U.K. I sat next to a guy who's a personal friend of Crolla. He took his dad. Good people and great fans. There were Ukrainians too but more English.

id like to see him fight mikey next, after all he is still a p4p fighter and proven, if not then the belt is logical, if not then his fart teo, who seems to believe his time is limited at 135 and that everyone owes him a fight rofl

or if teo can secure a fight with the belt holder then a loma fight is on...... keep everyone happy that way i guess

OH! That explains his metre vs meter (just like centre vs center, grey vs gray etc.)
But it's american site after all so his english way of writing (not just single words) + HYPE he adds just makes it hard to digest and feels uncomfortable.

                Crolla isn't a C level, not even a D. Fielding was a D.

I was surprised so many felt Walters and Rigo would handle him easily but the same folks cried afterwards and give no credit.

He's the best boxer currently in the game that's pretty clear though I do feel Crawford is close enough to him. As far as best ever stuff? Only children, fanboys & those with total lack of history knowledge get emotional over that and use names like goat/tbe. Lomachenko is one of the more eye catching and talented fighters but it's going to be hard to build the type of resume to be worthy of a top 20/30 ranking. He can be the best of his era and IMO these days that's about it. Really difficult for modern guys to be greats when you've got guys like Greb that stepped into the ring vs. a hall of fame opponents more than 50 times. The game is too watered down, less talent the last 10-15 years than any point in history, too many politics and barely anyone becomes undisputed.
Yeah, exactly. The game is incredibly watered down these days. It's sad really. It screws the modern guys out of competing with greats of the past really. I'd love to see things change but I see no end in sight, my friend. Great post!

The hype is unwarranted, by beating Crolla.
He done what he was meant to have done to a 100-1 mismatch.
All I can say is he lived up to his p4p position.
Bring on Lopez, Garcia and Davis if he beats these 3 guys plus beat guys like Commey, Berchalt in-between then that's how to get ATG status and p4p no1.
Something tells me even if he beat all of them in one night he will still have his detractors!!

As i have said before "hype" and Loma do not belong in the same sentence.

Beating Crolla was not needed to prove anything about Loma.

The man has pedigree. The man is special.
