Deontay Wilder must being feeling really good right about now in knowing that he holds the heavyweight division by the balls. Anthony Joshua is getting very desperate now.

Therefore, if Joshua wants to dance with him; Especially this year. Then he is going to have to capitulate. However, it's going to cost him immensely though; A 50/50 purse split to be exact.

Joshua must be willing to kowtow and acquiesce to Deontay's every demand and whim if he wants to secure this deal by November of this year, in order to capture that WBC green belt.

If he doesn't then next year he is going to be bogged down with mandatory challengers against Oleksandr Usyk and Kubrat Pulev.

So therefore, Joshua must be willing to bend and to bend some more in order to get Deontay Wilder in the ring before the end of the year or there won't be an undisputed bout between those two until 2021

Yes, and he would make more money for each one of those mandos than Wilder has earned in his entire career!

What a terrible predicament to be in!

No, right now Wilder is very happy and content at this time. He couldn't be more happy with his life because he knows that all roads in the heavyweight division lead to him.

He is making Pay Per View type of money now and in addition, he neither wants or needs Anthony Joshua at the moment.

So life couldn't be any more beautiful for him now. He'll just continue to clean up his side of the street while AJ cleans up his side of the street and then we will see who would be the more successful among the two.

If they're claiming 2 for Ortiz, I would guess 3-4 tops.

Yes, the whole world now knows that Wilder doesn't want or need any part of AJ.

What beats me is why that makes you people so happy. I honestly think you are as scared of this fight happening as Wilder is.

I'm just wondering if Wilder realizes how ironic that quote is lmao! Probably not.

I am not a fan of the heavyweight division period. No fighter there interests me enough to really care. I will say though that Wilder does not deserve 50/50. In a real world it should be like 75-25%. His market value is far less than AJ's. It is just the way it is. If he gets 40%, he should jump at it.

I think he’s worth 50% of the US revenue. But not the total revenue.

Is he though? Evidently they had a lot of unsold seats in Povetkin fight and they had to cancel the already announced date of April 13th all together

Sounds like money is drying up on that side of the pond
