And every single person in that crowd would much rather watch a court with nothing happening, than turn their head slightly to see Wilder.

You just destroyed your own argument.

You really are delusional. Of your last hundred posts, how many have I replied to? One? Two? Maybe even zero considering I didn't even reply to you, I replied to somebody who was asking a question about you . . .

How many active boxers do people know on US streets? Next to none. How many active American boxers are more well known than Wilder? Zero.

So why are we criticizing a guy who came along in a niche sport and became the most well known boxer from his country?

Joshua isn't fighting on US ppv. Neither is Canelo.

You can't live off the name of someone who isn't even in the same market, and Joshua is definitely not here yet.

To my knowledge, very few fighters have ever gone exclusively ppv after their first one the rest of their career.

As for Wilder getting KTFO by Whyte, I guess we are going to have to wait until Dillian decides to grow a pair and fight Ortiz in an eliminator. I think we'll be waiting quite a while for that tho.
Joshua is q bigger draw in Wilder's own country.
The numbers make that a fact

I'm not clear on this "USA! USA! USA!" thing when I'm not talking about real estate, I'm talking about hard cash. The pound's really tanking right now, but even so it's worth $1.30 at one of its lowest ebbs. His PPVs are priced at £19.95, which comes to around $26... a lot less than the exorbitant $75 I see quoted over there for PPVs, but still significant when we're talking 1.5m buys.

Quite why that should be disregarded when we're talking about pure cash is beyond me. The only real difference is that you Fat Yanks get bled through the nose... I thought £19.95 was steep.
I'wilder fans talking about currency exchange is a new one in the growing list of reasons why the fight hasn't happened. He got offered a flat $120,000,000.00 which was not dependent on exchange rate.
It was dependent on him putting a gum shield in his gob and having a fight with Anthony Joshua, which he is extremely reluctant to do. Hes so reluctant, it seems, that he no longer wants to be one name one face.
Like.....give up dude. This guy is the biggest ducker in boxing history. Literally.
Hes a shameless coward who talks in riddles and already has a loss.
            Forget it.

Whyte's a ducker now? He's offered to fight everyone.

It's cool to have pride in where you're from. But its not cool to deny reality. Reality is America is the place to be if you want to be somebody.
                "listen"?

I can't even glean one bit of sense from your post, it just seems to consist of:

"I'll say I'm right with no rationale whatsoever"
"I'll accuse you of being biased while also ironically being nationalistic."

I don't get your point. AT ALL. It's okay to churn out this "they hav 2 cum 2 da state's" rhetoric when the heavyweight scene was popular in the US, but you've got the WBC heavyweight champion of the world and he think it's a good day if he can sell out a 20,000 arena.

I wasn't suggesting that overseas fighters have to come to the UK to further their careers (nice strawman though), but expressing the view that UK fighters in the HW division aren't obliged to travel in the current financial market. Whenever people mention that AJ has done 1.5m PPV buys on a fight, all I hear is "but people in da state's dont watch him" as if that means anything in and of itself.

GGG, Kovalev, Lomachenko, Canelo.... all well-known heavyweights, of course. I'm talking exclusively about the heavyweight division.

Hearn is getting very good money to try to get DAZN off the ground in America.

That means he has to find a way to leverage his biggest asset, Anthony Joshua, in America.

                    This right here.

Everybody should go look at how many tickets are sold for AJ/Miller compared to Wilder/Breazeale.......

Bbbbbbut Wilder is the most popular fighter in the world, according to nobody

But that's AJ, a certified dish. My two-pronged point was this:

                      * Although it's nice for AJ to get more cash, he doesn't NEED the US money, as he can live extremely comfortably on what he's making in the UK market.

                      * The Batty Windmiller is by no means a viable example of someone who is succeeding in the market of Fat Yankistan, a man who gets an erection if he sells three tickets and his gran buys his PPV.

It's under those circumstances that this "he need's to cum to da state's" is so ridiculous IMO. You've got Windmillers telling people that AJ (a man doing over a mil in PPVs each time) needs to come and take a share in the Batty Windmiller's market.... a market where no one knows who the **** he is, and no one buys his shows.
