I don’t know what it is but when I switch on my computer and come to this site I just become a chartered accountant and I have all this wealth of knowledge to share. .

I’m sure we have all hustled at some stage in our career whether it’s flipping burgers, our careers, women, etc etc. Bird legs doesn’t deserve 50% . He may think he does just like I think I deserve to win the lottery weekly.

He hasn’t paid his dues. He has fought Ortiz where he should have lost and Fury where he did lose in a 11 year career where if we add together his entire gross pay in all his fights it’s shy of 30 million.

I’m not knocking his resume because whether he fought 80 bums he has fought atleast 2 that I respect and whether he was lucky or not didn’t lose. However, as the belt holder he offered Fury 40% which was fair in my eyes. Bare in mind Joshua has 3 belts , he is the bigger draw globally, commercially and including Fury is the only fighter that can guarantee Wilder a huge purse. The same can not be said about Wilder. This is not a Canelo vs GGG situation where Canelo was the huge draw. Joshua is the cash cow.

I remember when Wilder originally said he wanted 50/50 . All Wilder fans were saying “ don’t be ******” now you are trying to justify this absurdity. What has changed from then to now? He drew his last fight that he should had lost.

40% is more than far but I will concede if he knocks out Brezeale inside 3 rounds he might well get 45%. I like Wilder when he doesn’t talk I would probably like him more if he got rid of Winkel the rat

lolol....charles martin? hahahaha...parker isnt much...brezeale were about to find out isnt much...and miller hasnt beaten anyone of note yet(thats what people say about ortiz)......whyte is the lone good win and i dont think hes that great but ill rate it the best

none of those guys pack fight ending ability like wilder....none of them

those are not risky fights you listed...wilder is RISKY and we all know that

DAZN will do the deal if they know they have the winner locked in...thats why they tried to sign wilder....without having wilder in the fold they dont want the fight on legit terms with a good split and US PPV....because if AJ loses they arent left with much in their investment of him....

thats why theyre happy to make the fight if wilder signs a multi fight deal with them....they know they have the winner guaranteed signed with them

but AJs people wont go to wilders people with a legit split and US PPV deal in place...which is the logical deal to make by far

You anti-Wilder fans are really something.
Fury would have fought Wilder on ESPN, typical half truth Wilder fans. Fury got more out of that fight and a real champ would do what it takes to prove he is better than the man MAJORITY feels was robbed. Like it or not Fury and AJ hold all the cards. Drives you Wilder fans nuts and it is hilarious.

And he turned it down? What is the point here? You think AJ isn't making much more? Canelo also making much more. They tried to get your boy in the ring and he tucked tail. As I said you clowns know these facts and it kills you. Wilder makes pennies compared to AJ and he will continue to do so while parading around with Fury's belt. You idolizing that show what kind of man you are. Lol take a walk boy.

They really have failed Wilder’s career as a whole. He should be the man at HW before the Klits left. People like Fury, Joshua, Miller, Parker, Ortiz, Povetkin, Breazeale etc should be bowing to him now, now they are scraping the bottom of the barrel trying to get him a decent payday. He should be the money man at the weight, unified at the weight..... shame

As for what Wilder is getting for Breazeale, I agree it's unlikely to be 20, but not having to sign a four fight deal, and being able to get more for the AJ fights, it would stand to reason that he'd probably prefer a one fight deal for 15 than get 20 but be locked in for several more fights.

But another important factor is, DAZN is a flat fee for worldwide rights. Whereas Showtime is simply buying the US rights and Wilder can make additional funds selling foreign rights. So, for instance, Showtime could give him 12 million, he makes 3 million elsewhere, winds up with 15 total instead of 20, but maintains his freedom.
well it remains to be seen if his "freedom" is gonna get him more money. for someone who's a free agent...he sure seems to be loyal to showtime, where in this instance, he's being paid less.
