In her (lawyer accompanied) statement she portrayed herself as someone who was doing her job professionally and out of the blue got grabbed and kissed, totally unacceptable, hence all the white knights on this forum.

However the lap dance video is shot AFTER the kiss, at Pulev's own party. She's flaunting; Pulev is just a few feet away. It doesn't fit her "professional at work" "shocked and horrified" narrative.

She claims she went to the party to interview other boxers. Does this look like a professional interview to you? The video runs contrary to her story of why she went to the party. It supports a claim that she uses her sexuality to ingratiate herself to the boxing community.

Casting doubt on a plaintiff's truthfulness, behaviour prior and after the event of the complaint and their motives for the lawsuit is the name of the game.

Pulev's defense could be consent - she flirted and flaunted her sexuality with him prior to and after the interview, the kiss was typical of their interactions. She did nothing until a lawyer told her she could make money, then she changed her story to exploit the #metoo environment. Her motive is not justice for violation but money from a deep pocket, the video proves she is a liar.

On it's own this short video might not be enough- the kiss interview is very damning and does not look like consent, she would still be favorite to win, but it's no where near as wide as it was yesterday.

No I do perfectly, the video released by Team Pulev shows she is a hoe, who wasn't a professional like she claimed in her lawyer's well prepared statement.

That video doesn't exonerate or explain the reason for him kissing her without her "Consent" on video.

Unless she drops those accusation of "The non-consensual" Kiss (Not the ass grabbing that no one saw or can confirm), then he would need to apologies to her for the kiss and move on from it.

I don’t really post on threads like this but I just saw a video of her giving some guy a lapdance at the after party & Pulev is on his phone hanging out. She is laughing & sitting on a guys lap moving around. That kind of tells the story here. Pulev should not have kissed her during the interview there is no doubt about that & it may cost him a suspension & some money but she flat out looks like she may have got some advice from outside parties. I don’t think the lawyer or outside parties had seen these videos & i think he has more ammo that hasn’t been seen yet. She does have a powerful lawyer so you never know the outcome but it doesn’t look good on her. I’m not condoning Pulev’s kiss as it was unprofessional & wrong as she did not ask for it but it sure looks to me that she was happy to join the party & was enjoying herself. That's not how consent works. Again, some girls might be fine with a hundred dudes ejaculating on their face at an after party, but not be okay with being kissed on the mouth on camera while conducting an interview. Everybody gets to choose for themselves what they're okay with. Her giving lap dances later that night has absolutely nothing to do with Pulev's bizarre decision to grab her and kiss her on the mouth during an interview.
