You're missing the point entirely. I don't think she's mother Theresa, I think she's a girl out looking for a good time and money and she saw her chance and took it (probably with a lil encouragement). I also think she's probably lying about being traumatised by the kiss and expect that to be bourne out if that **** still goes to court - but nonetheless I maintain that whether or not she sucked the **** of every single member of Kubrat's team and they all ****ed her every which way she still gets to decide whether and when it's OK for Kubrat to kiss her.

There is a difference between your personal standard of consent and the law in the US. Your personal view is closer to the law in Canada and takes a more claimant/plaintiff friendly view. In the US consent can be implied by actions as long as the defendant was not reckless in assuming consent. Thus if a woman claims I groped her butt it makes a big difference if she regularly gives me a lap dance or if I have never met her before. I agree dancing with one guy doesn't mean she has to dance with another, but Pulev claims this girl acted this way with him too and he has already established her as a liar.

If she wanted to dance on a random dude in his entourage, but didn't want to kiss Pulev, that is her right. That's what this is about. Humans having the right to decide who touches them.

Plenty of women have no problem being promiscuous in private, but still wouldn't want to be kissed on camera when they're trying to work as a member of the press.

It's humiliating. It's already hard enough to be taken seriously as a female reporter. The most demeaning thing you could do is make a pass or a move on camera while they're trying to do their job.
