Well a suspension in California would mean a suspension in the United States as the commissions honor each other's suspensions.

Personally, I think they should give him a 3 month or 6 month suspension. Nothing major. He probably wouldn't even be fighting again that soon anyway. Just something to show fighters that they shouldn't act inappropriately with female reporters.

If she is suing for damages she will have to avoid contributory damage and explain why she left the kiss in the public version of the interview, she has already admitted editorial control and that Pulev asked for it to be removed and she refused. She could have cut it from the public version and sued privately, only showing the kiss to the court.

I think her going with that lady IMHO destroys her credibility, because it looks like she is just after money. But if i was Pulev i would still offer her an apology. Yes it was out of emotions or whatever, instead of trying to get videos of her dry humping his team. That would look like Pulev is trying hard to deflect the actual assault that was on video.

I think he should lambaste her on a live stream and never apologize. I can understand apologizing if she was really traumatized after. But she wasn't.
