That's probably why Hearn brought him to the US for this fight. He would lose money in the UK trying to broadcast it so he just uses his stash from dazn rather than his own funds to actually pay the guy because Joshua won't generate a profit with Big Baby no matter where he fights.

Like I said, he is worthless here. Hearn has to pay him his minimum regardless of where he fights, but that doesn't mean he actually generates that much money.

Ok, if he is getting $25 million, how did they arrive at that figure. They didn't pluck it outta the sky. He's been generating huge revenue in the last 3 or or 4 years.

Joshua does a million Ppv buys regularly now. It would be no different with miller. They want to introduce him to a primetime U.S. audience before he fights wilder. Now I'm not saying miller is the fight that British fans wanted to see but it would have done big numbers in Britain.
From what I read they were giving tickets away for the staples. Look at the gate revenue $3.5 million.
Wilders first ppv fight, 40 fights into his career. His promoters have a lot to answer for. He should be a star. An American heavyweight who flattens everyone he fights.

Stubhub is a ticket resale website. Of course people are going to try and make a quick buck. But I bet they aren't giving those tickets away.

Bottom line for me is, Joshua brings in more revenue so he should get a larger slice of the pie.
If wilder brought in more revenue then wilder should get the larger slice.

I don't believe you because in our few interactions you've shown that you don't know anything about the area (you wouldn't have to keep up with the numbers to know it was the worst ever. I live in GA, have no family in California and know that), you speak like you are from England (centre instead of center) and you act like every other Brit I've spoken to online.

Wilder on the other hand hasn't shown as much reason to lie. The PPV sales match the expectations of ticket sales and the arena opened up an additional area for the fight.
