Bob Arum Blasts Eddie Hearn: Calls Him Clueless

Eddie Hearn is an okay guy but he’s too full of himself to really be effective,” Arum told World Boxing News in an exclusive interview
DAZN has him doing events in the U.S. Everybody looking at it knows that it’s a mash. He’s spending money on these ridiculous programmes on DAZN that nobody cares about.
“He’s spending more money on these shows than Haymon is on PBC. Or even what we’re doing on ESPN. (The difference is) We both understand the U.S market, which Hearn doesn’t
“DAZN itself would be much better advised having fights other than Canelo, which will get a lot of attention. They would be much better off, DAZN turning over their domestic programming in the US to Oscar’s Golden Boy.
“But if you’re going to be so full of yourself and spend all your time as he does, making video shots of himself giving interviews and saying outlandish things, he’s not going to be effective

Good ole Bobfather going on one of his famous rants again. Funny thing is Hearn actually speaks well of TR and Arum. Guessing that is about to change lol.

Arum says what a lot of us are thinking, but then Arum has his own agenda in mind. Imagine if NFL coaches or owners, or Football/Soccer chairmen and owners started slandering eachother to the extent that Boxing managers and promoters do? No wonder the sport is in decline. People should be showing eachother respect and trying to elevate the sport, not whining in the media and trying to get one over on eachother.

Everything with Bob is agenda based. No question Hearn has his flaws, but Bob does as well. Now, Bob rightfully will go down as the GOAT but he's blasting Hearn in part because that's his competition in the streaming game. Bob called Haymon a cancer and took numerous shots at him a few months ago yet starts praising him when Wilder turned the DAZN deal down just because the Fury showdown becomes more likely.

          Big facts #100 from Robert.

They would have been so much better off leaning on Skipper/DAZN execs or Oscar over Hearn when their program first started to try and lease some of those PBC fighters rather than Hearn. Hearn rubs too many people the wrong way. DAZN could be the best deal ever, but so many people see Hearn's face and imprint on it, it turns them away.

Hahaha the old bastard is feeling threatened

Dazn is the future of boxing

ESPN ppv is gonna die as are showtime ppvs

People have seen how much cheaper it is on dazn whilst getting the best content

Arum knows Hearn has taken over USA boxing l, Haymon is ahead slightly but even his empire is crumbling, he’s costing his own boxers millions to keep them in his brand, arum is doing the same

I bet fury wishes he asked dazn how much they would pay him as I bet he could have earned more

Bob criticizes everybody. Haymon is a "cancer", Hearn is "clueless", Oscar is "one of the ******est guys i've ever met". As long as you are in competition with him Bob will criticize you.

Bob only takes shot at people he's worried about. The DAZN roster and schedule is clearly more attractive than the ESPN's. It's Bob that's out of touch with the US market, Fury vs Schwarz? GTFO here, no one wants his marinated **** anymore.
