So Haymon and Shelly is smart enough to figure out that DAZN needs them just as bad in the U.S market and want equal pay for it..

Wilder leverage is that he is a U.S citizen and hes going to use that to get thr 50/50 purse he so desire.

But Espinosa is right. Why do Wilder or anyone have to sign a long term deal instead of fight by fight deal..
I actually don't think thats the case at all, joshua doesn't need wilder to become this big ppv star but he does need to have a more International appeal and I think coming to america does that in its self regardless of the opponent.

Since Klitchko johsua has been making at least $20 mil a fight and thats not including the sponsors that he has american sponsors I might add.

Anthony Joshua wants that last belt which wilder has and of course the bragging rights as the best heavyweight in the world, but this cat and mouse game that frank and shelly has been playing is depriving us of this potentially great fight and I'm over it to be honest.

I do agree that eddie saying "the only way wilder and joshua fight gets done is on DAZN" is a bunch of bull. Eddie Hearn is so emotional I dont think he beleives half that stuff comes out of his own mouth.

YOU really can. Aj has made that 50 mil back already. Based on wilders purses how long will it take him to make 100 mil?

If only boxing was like UFC with all the great fighters under one banner it'd be easier to make the fights fans want to see
This is the best argument. It’s all well and good crying that it’s a flat fee but when you can’t sell enough ppvs to make the figures you want, just accept it.

You need to understand what is written more my friend.

When Eddie said that, he meant that if they get the fight done on DAZN it has to be via DAZN talking to Wilder rather than direct involvement with him.

He did not say the fight has to be on DAZN or it never happens. He has said the opposite many times. If Showtime can beat the guaranteed purse DAZN are willing to put up then they get the fight.

The fact is that Joshua's side are the only side making offers so when the offers come it has to be direct from DAZN because Wilder is a little ***** and doesn't want to deal with Hearn because he said mean things about him.

Al and Shelly wanna make it look like DAZN is low balling but they still offered 3x more than. Wilder made $3-4mill for fury when you could've made $15 mill a fighting AJ. Wilder lucky he got a gift draw.

Since you're going by filed purses, what will you say when Joshua's filed purse is a tiny fraction of what his fans claim he makes?

Wilders team dropping more excuses for rejecting the joshua fight than they did for getting beat by the coke head *****

Embarrassing!!! Wilder need to get rid of Finkel . That interview yesterday was cringeworthy. Finkel didn’t let the guy speak

“Eddie Hearn just another white man milking a black man! That’s all it is”

Who’s trying to milk who now? At least there trying to make this fight happen.

Being loyal is a good thing but Wilder should be careful that he doesn't make the same mistake that Broner made when he turned down the 40 mil for 8 fights offer from Roc Nation thinking he was worth more. Besides Wilder is 33 years old and will turn 34 later this year. I believe he has maybe 3-4 years left as a top boxer.

As for those who talked about Wilder not getting an "upside", how is he going to get an upside on a streaming platform? This is not PPV. Even Canelo's contract is a flat fee one which is why he has the 2nd biggest contract in sports.
