if toney wins, i dont see him blowing peter out... i see peter making it close even if he loses... i can easily see several close rounds of peter pounding on toney against the ropes, with toney counter punching..

peter will probably land less, but throw more and land the harder more abusive shots... toney will be less busy, but will land the cleaner punches and maybe land more punches, but they will have little effect on peter... i see it as a close fight with either a close decision or age finally catching up to toney and peter stopping him..

Peter's chin is so good and he's so strong he might just be like a bull to Toney. If he knows Toney can't hurt him he'll just walk him down and throw bomb after bomb. Should be interesting to see if Toney can keep Peter off of him for the first 6 rounds in able to UD him by boxing him the remaining 6.
      oh no...yeah.

Peter's chin isin't a factor in this fight. I personally don't think Toney has anything that could bother him to begin with.

not even catch his attention. If the work gets done, it will come from flashy counterpunches that catch the judges eye.

That's why it's such a factor. If you know your opponent can't hurt you with his best punch... what would you suddenly get to do with no fear?

After the Klitschko fight, Peter could have gone 4 more rounds albeit he was gassed. He openly stated he's not afraid and would fight an immediate rematch.

He is just a moving wall in the ring and I don't think he's scared of anyone.

I thought it was hilarious how people were actually going so far as to pick Julius Long against him in his last fight.....in some attempt at claiming he's "done for".

          "He's one dimmensional"

"He's a plodder and is ****ing slow"

"His power is overrated." <---------------haha that's moronic.

"He'll never beat a top ten heavyweight" <-------Even better.

We'll see how overrated his power is when he hands Toney the first KO loss of his life.

well, then all the people who thought Castillo beat Mayweather will claim Peter won and all the people who thought Mayweather won will think Toney won because that's all Castillo did to Mayweather...throw more punches and hit the shoulders

YOu cant deny that there is a serious chance of this happening.
Peter can throw big punches, and I think its time that JT's conditioning catches up to him.
Peter works to the body and stops Toney.

i think its peter's crudeness against toney's defense will prove to be peter's downfall.

The only shot Peter has is if Toney comes into the fight fat and out of shape while he comes in in tremendous shape. Even then Sam will have to dictate a fast pace and hope for a late rounds stoppage, something easier said than done against a counter-punching defensive wizard like James.
