This is another off base reaction.

First, not all African ****** were sold, and it certainly didn't begin that way. There were certainly slave raids by Europeans. There was also resistance by African nations and tribes to selling ****** to Europeans.

It is true that African tribes did sell ****** to Europeans, and this was by and large done by coercion. "Either you bring me more ******, or you will be the next on that boat" was one way. The other way is by going to neighboring tribes and saying, "Hey, I just gave a shlt load of guns to your neighbors because they gave me ******. Have fun dealing with that. Or you can bring us some ****** and we'll give you some guns, too. What's it going to be?"

Finally, even when the importation of ****** was made illegal, it was still perpetuated by breeding ****** within the United States. There was no need to import ****** from Africa after awhile.

It's simple research.

So serious question - what would Africa look like today if it never came into contact with Europeans?

What stats are those? I don't see any stats presented and I don't see any relevant discussion about other factors that are involved.

We're talking about averages lol. No one is saying white people don't commit violent crimes. It's just that when 2% of the population, black men between 18-40, is committing 50% of the total violent crime, that should be a huge issue for anyone, and we should be wondering why that is and what we can do about it.

Do you have evidence of this story or any other where the white person was arbitrarily given a lesser sentence than a black person under the same circumstances? Serious question.

That can’t be a real question, must be hyperbole. But here’s a real question:

Can u name ANY case where, all circumstances being equal besides race, a Black person wasn’t given more time ?

Look at Jeffery Epstein for example, his crimes r pretty indentical to R-Kelly’s, with the exception that their were more victims. But he got no jail time, only had to pay a minuscule fine and register as a sex offender, whereas Kelly will surely do time and have to register.

Meanwhile Hollywood guys like Robert Dinero is linked to an underage sex ring in France, and Disney continues to hire convicted child Pedos to work the sets of its children shows. SMH

In that one crime category, whites may be a greater share than blacks. But in the total violent crime category, which encompasses many areas, ****s, burglaries, assaults, murders etc, that is where the 2 and 50 numbers come in.

Median family income in a community?

What community were they living in? Urban or suburban. What were the areas like? What was the exact incomes that they mention. Is it saying that the white statistics is the same exact income as the black statistics, or only going by the percentile?

There is a lot that these numbers don't give details about.

Trade and diplomacy was always more ideal than warfare. Africa has had more historical history in warfare than Europe imho, and Africans were no slouch to get down and dirty with warfare. Africans were amazing in warfare, but as we all agree, greed supersedes rational thinking, and Europeans easily bribed and persuaded with trade. African slave owners could easily supply the demand for trade, it wasn’t simply about coercion for warfare. The Europeans had trade that were of high interest to African Slave owners.

This is a cryptic and dark context for many African Americans. Call that victim hood as well, but you can’t blame whites for slave trade.

We need to own up.
