Comments Thread For: Parker's Promoter Feels Whyte Got Lucky, Would Love Rematch

Joseph Parker's promoter says the former WBO champion wants a rematch with Dillian Whyte, who "got lucky" in their first fight last year. Whyte who has won nine on the spin since his solitary pro loss at the hands of rival Anthony Joshua - is yet to reveal his next move after beating Dereck Chisora for a second time in December.

Parker does deserve a rematch. If it wasn't for that bs headbutt kd call it would have been a draw. Very poor officiating.

Seems like Parker's promoter is a bit of an imbecile. Too bad. Parker is a good fighter.

            True facts
And why would Whyte call out Parker?
            He already beat him
            Duh?

Parker needs to get his confidence back, i like his new fighting style tho!

Fighting a bit chippy and using vet tactics could help him hop over the leap in what makes him a top contender in the division!

Take on another tune up then rematch Whyte or fight Tyson Fury!

I'd watch it. Both legit heavyweight contenders.

You don't get too many of those fights.

"Whyte calls out all sorts of heavyweights all the time, but he never mentions Joseph Parker, well what does that tell you?"

Ummm... That Whyte already beat your fighter once and is not interested in a rematch if there is a better option?

He was lucky to get an undeserved win and isn't likely to win in a rematch. Under those circumstances almost any fight is a better option.
