If I was Deontay Wilder I wouldn't fight Dominic Breazeale for shit now since Eddie Hearn has stated that he is going to appeal to the WBC to have this fight sanctioned as a voluntary defense.

His justification is because they have already declared the Whyte/Breazeale bout as the WBC title eliminator for the mandatory spot. In addition, it wouldn't be fair to give Breazeale a defense of the title, when the WBC has already penciled him into a title eliminator with Dillian Whyte.

Therefore, if I was Wilder, I would fight the tough, high volume punching, great cardio conditioning and undefeated fighter Adam Kownacki instead; If the Dominic Breazeale bout isn't sanctioned by the WBC.

Breazeale did go life and death with Izo Ugonoh, but he looked even worse vs. Negron! I would rather Breazeale fight Whyte (as ordered by the WBC) and we get Wilder vs. Ortiz II. Then the winners can meet! Don't forget to check out Efe Ajagba on Saturday! He's on the Porter vs. Ugas undercard!

Personally, I don't give a good damn who Deontay Wilder fight next. If you don't like his choice of Adam Kownacki, then what about Dillian Whyte. Do you like that one better? It doesn't matter to me who he fights next; Just so long Joshua is next. I have no horse in the race. Just to prove, that I am not lying. He has the goods! He's fighting Amir Mansour, who is coming off a loss by KO to Filip Hrgovic in September. I don't think it's a real test, but he's putting in work! He fought 4 times between March and December 2018!

If he faces Whyte and Ortiz after this then it’s not too bad. I just want to see him in against Fury or AJ tbh. But if those don’t happen he has to stay busy and defend his belt. Hopefully his team use this and potentially the next post Fury training camps to make some serious adjustments and improvements. Going forward it needs to be quality fight strategies.

Whyte theatening to sue the WBC if they don't make him mandatory on the basis that they stipulated Whyte Breazeale as mandatory eliminator. His arguement would be that he has made decisions based on that status and it is Breazeale who is pulling out of the fight, not him, so per their own rules he should inherit.

Hearn is aiming to pincer Wilder (or Breazeale if he wins) between Whyte and Joshua.

A slip up fight for wilder and it’s also a fight where hd might not be init mentally because the fury pullout.
That’s how slipups happen...mind elsewhere and going back to 2 million paydays and fighting AJ’s leftovers.
