    Parker rematch would be entertaining.
    Ortiz would be great.
    Pulev would be acceptable.
Even a fit version of Helenius would be a good fight after his first horrible showing.

But he wont fight any of these guys because hes scared of them all.

Breazeale, Whyte, and Kownacki it is then. At least until Fury and Joshua stop ducking.

Which seems far away, but beating Parker accomplished absolutely nothing and now he'll still have to fight a final eliminator anyway.
He's number one ranked by the WBC and both he and Breazeale have been offered to fight a final eliminator.

If Breazeale pulls out of an ordered fight, why wouldn't that make Whyte the mandatory? He's got a point hasn't he?

Do I think they'll do it? No. I think they'll dream up another fight with another ****ty belt. That's cash in the bank for them.

Funny how they are not even entertaining that fight considering the 1st was controversial

They want to fight Charr in July or Povetkin since he said he won't fight Usyk now

They're gonna wait a year or two before they step to Ortiz, by then the coast should be clear. By then Ortiz will have slowed down to the point where they believe they can "get him!" But right about now?? The old man is waaaay too RISKY. When an opponent comes to "fight" and not survive, "risk" in losing by KO or TKO is involved. When you "plan" to survive - you lose in BUM like fashion, preferably on points. So Whyte will play the 3rd option call out, while Joyce wisely reneged on his call out.

Blabber mouth whyte is the king of calling out other fighters, and then being unwilling to fight them.

Also the king of pulling out of eliminators.

How about Whyte vs Fury in the meantime then?

Whyte and Breazeale weren't ordered to fight a final eliminator. They were ordered to fight for the interim world championship. But if Fury is refusing to fight Wilder and Breazeale gets his mandatory shot, there's no need for an interim world championship.

So no, that wouldn't make Whyte the mandatory. It might entitle him to an interim title fight against Ortiz. It's possible he could claim he's owed an interim title fight now. But no, he wouldn't become automatic mandatory.

Sounds excellent but Hearn won't encourage that.... Come to think of it, maybe he will - Whyte stock would go up!! I don't think Whyte believes he can take him though....Furys TALL long armed awkwardness is trouble for anyone shorter than him. And lets face it, Fury has found delight in "boxing" not "brawling," which is a big plus in this sport and for a man his size....plus theres been no "call out" from Whyte.

If Wilder fights Breazeale it will be a mandatory defense. I can see the WBC ordering the fight soon.
