Fury could have done it, but for the lay-off. If he hadn't been robbed against Wilder, him beating AJ this year could have put him over the top.
Also, for popping dirty for doping and PED use.

      • I think it’s Floyd and then Ward or Roman. Cotto, Canelo, and Pac is a hell of a trio and all went on to big wins after

An opinion, not a fact. And also, you got to be kidding about 2000-2009 decade award given to Floyd. Manny already beat 3 ATG's ( 2 of them in their prime.) with the 7 weight climb And ended the decade almost killing Cotto.

There was a reason 97% of writers agreed Pacquiao was the fighter of the decade/

          • LMAO Ward should not be in the conversation here. Probably the least active fighter of all times. He beat Kovalev in their first fight the same way Canelo beat GGG in their first fight - he didn't.

May, Pac, Craw and maybe Loma.

For those talking about Canelo - Chavez jr and Fielding? really? lol. The duck of the decade

Floyd is the finest fighter of his generation. In large part due to the things he did in 2000-2009.

His total dominance of Juan Manuel Marquez should have erased any doubt about who really was The Man of that decade.

And Pacquiao's total dominance of Miguel Cotto wasn't anything?

                  Why does that bother you?

It was an amateur mistake. The dude wasn't a veteran and associated w/ a large established camp. Really, that's who they're hoping to catch.

if anything, it means there's a better chance that Fury today is one of the few guys juicing.

He's better than any Heavyweight we've ever seen. That skill doesn't come from a needle in the ass. Unlike someone else we know... to dis day.

                    Yup. Pacquiao.

More than any of the numerous arguments that can be made in the Pac-Mayflower debate, this is the strongest.

                      Guererro probably worse than both.

It's irrelevant to the point, if you're going to use P4P rankings as reasoning then be consistent. No more no less.
The Canelo Floyd beat was a better win than Linares?
