Miller is uneducated and doesn't seems to understand how Ironic the situation is.
He's claiming Joshua doesn't knock people out but instead stop them when they're tired... Well, it's probably exactly what's gonna happen to him.

Miller has a pretty good gas tank though. Probably better than Joshua's in my opinion. Yeah, he's a round mound, but he doesn't look cellulose, like say Kowanacki.

Fury is arguably the most skilled, although I have reservation calling him the best given that he needed a miracle resurrection to survive Wilder.

There is a grain of truth in Miller's words. I'd even go so far as to say that some of those stoppages unfairly benefited Joshua in that when the ref waved off the fight Joshua was in worse shape through exhaustion than the fighter who was being ineffectively battered. When the Takam fight was stopped, for example, Takam was still in pretty good shape but another few seconds of going for a KO might have seen an already exhausted Joshua near collapse.
