At age 35 and as his body matures and ages; I am more than sure he has outgrown the division. Therefore, moving up in weight is very prudent. He's been fighting at a 168 lbs for a minute anyhow. Hopefully, he will be able to make weight a lot healthier and safer now without all the cutting.

He will cause many problems wherever he fights due to raw talent and fast hands, but any time your heart isn't big and you can't take pressure well, you are domed! I just hope he has a back up plan in life and that goes for any fighter.
