Floyd was a really good amateur, but I wouldn't say decorated like Rigo/Loma. Floyd had less than 100 amateur fights, compared to those two who had what around 400 amateur fights? Floyd also turned professional when he was 19 years old opposed to those two.
But what is wrong with having 50 fights? Not everyone needs to be Roberto Duran or even Manny Pacquiao. Canelo turned professional when he was 15 years old and was obviously super busy when he first started out. Canelo didn't have much amateur experience so those early fights were essentially his amateur fights.
SRL is a consensus top 10-12 fighter of all time and had 40 fights as mentioned in this thread.
The trend we will be seeing going forward is fighters with around 40-50 fights and less. Will be in rare cases you see fighters with 70+ fights with how little they fight now a days.
