I really need a response to this. I say that before I say this:

Isn't it a conflict of interest that a fighter has equity on a platform he's supposed to be fighting fair fights on? 🤔🤔 Obviously it's not even debatable only a certain status of fighter can even prompt something like this. Makes you wonder how fair his fights will be going forward. Sounds like more boxing #corruption to me. Let me know tho if I'm bugging, cause this seems ridiculous to me.

Yeah, he is absolutely loaded, and maybe DAZN aren't bleeding as much money as people think.

Who knows how how many subscribers they're attracting worldwide with their boxing investments?

DAZN screened Fury vs Wilder live in multiple countries outside the US, including Germany, one the the worlds most lucrative boxing markets.

Blavatnik already saw success in streaming technologies so I’m more than sure he thinks for the time being DAZN has good investments with Joshua and Alvarez. I’ve heard Russians have a huge respect in Mexican boxers.
These voices in your head .. have they told you exactly how big Alvarezki is in Russia?

I mean this was the worst kept secret that he was heading to DAZN. New hopefully he can announce his next opponent soon.
That's no surprise really, considering GGG has more fans than Canelo in most of the countries DAZN operate in.

Maybe DAZN announcers will **** ride him like HBO did but that's nothing new to GGG as far as the actual fight the athletic commission will handle the logistics

Don't really see the benefits in the ring tbh

It depends really. None of this spending would matter if theyre only making themselves attractive for a buy out. Lay down the foundations, attract as many subscribers at this price point. Then some massive company takes over and really starts spending cash. As rich as this Leonard Blavatnik, he aint competing for major rights.

But like that article I showed you said, someone like Apple could completely crush the competition.

Wow--if true--great deal for GGG! Also aligns GGG promotions straight with DAZN with guaranteed dates. No side deal with matchroom or Golden boy looks like. Wow great job on negotiations.

Alvarez didn’t create Mexican boxing. Russians surely have enjoyed Mexican boxing for years. It’s like people not acknowledging that blacks aren’t fast runners in the Olympics? Or that whites arent amazing swimmers?

Damn Coppinger reporting that GGG would get equity in DAZN. Hearn, Oscar, nor Canelo got equity in their deals. He'd be crazy to turn down this deal.
