Didn't he just lose Warrington IBF bid? From what I remember recently he lost his bid on Hooker and Dillian Whyte I honestly don't remember him winning a called purse bid

Its in their rules. They can "order" a special bout. Check paragraph 3.8 of the rules. I may not be getting it right.
