If Wilder loses then I expect him to ditch his many managers and come sign with Hearn with hat in hand...If Hearn can make pin head Whyte a star he can make Wilder a bigger star with matchroom/DAZN marketing power behind him...but we all know the Alabama hillybilly defines hubris on a new level, my two cents folks!

Correct me if I'm wrong but it usually go's to bidding when its a mandatory, hard sell fight. This is the opposite, its a huge fight easy sell. My guess they will make more this time around, just haven't finalized the details.Comment

That's typically the case. As far as I know, they have to provide a reason with their extension request. I'm almost positive that "we wanna wait until Joshua signs to fight Miller so we can fight other people and make the WBC less money" is not a reason that gets you an extension.Comment

Logical if you think about it. Fury came away looking like a winner and Wilder escaped with his belt. They're waiting until Joshua signs another fight (because they don't want the pressure to take a Joshua fight), then they will announce they can't come to an agreement and go their separate ways.Comment

According to the numbers (300,000 buys at $50 a buy) the fight grossed over 150 million. Who has the money to back that up?
Both guys probably want 50 mill each in the bank before they step into the ring. The promoter who wins the bid will have to put up a lot of money to cover the guarantees and the promotional costs.Comment

No, this is a hard fight to sell on pursue bid. PPV of a rematch of a great heavyweight fight should be easy to sell, but the problem is both guys want big time guaranteed money.
